Joseph Labadie

Joseph Labadie: Prominent Anarchist Thinker

Joseph Labadie was born on April 18, 1850, in the United States. He was a prominent labor organizer and a prominent figure in the anarchist movement. He was inclined towards individualist anarchism but built a philosophy of his own, known as 'Labadie's anarchism.'

His contributions towards the labor movement in America were significant. He was involved in the founding of several labor unions in the United States. He was also an articulate speaker and writer. Labadie was devoted to propagating the ideas of anarchism and spent a significant part of his life writing pamphlets, periodicals and other forms of literature emphasizing anarchist principles. His works and thoughts make him a figure of significance in the history of the anarchist movement. He died on October 7, 1933.
